TERMS OF SERVICE

I will draw:

  • I retain full ownership of all the art I create, including commissioned works. You are not permitted to sell, trade, or distribute my art in any form—physical, digital, print, or as NFTs—without my explicit written consent and payment for the appropriate rights. My art may not be used in any published material, whether free or commercial, on online or physical marketplaces.

  • Additionally, unless exclusive rights are purchased, I maintain the right to use and monetize my art as I see fit. This includes selling prints, online sales, marketing, inclusion in published materials, or creating merchandise.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures or banners, but they may not be used for profit.

  • Please contact me via email for commercial works.

Payment

  • I use PayPal to receive all my payments.

  • I will send an invoice through PayPal with your commission details and my terms of service.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid before I start the process. You can also pay 100% beforehand if you feel comfortable doing so.

  • Once you approve the sketch, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I finish your request.

Process

  • After receiving the initial deposit, please send detailed information about your character (i.e. a reference sheet with the basic details about your character and their appearance; their backstory, personality, or other aspect that will help me bring your character to life) and any relevant references (i.e. pose suggestions; composition ideas) for me. I will start the sketch shortly after.

  • Once the sketch is complete, I will send it to you for review. You can either approve it or request revisions. After I receive your confirmation, I will proceed to complete the commission.

  • When the final piece is ready, I will send it to you for review. You may request up to three minor revisions at no additional cost. Any revisions beyond three will incur an additional fee, which must be paid in full before further adjustments are made.

  • Once you approve the final artwork, I will email you high-resolution .png files for personal use and watermarked .jpeg files suitable for social media sharing. Please note that this is a digital-only product, and no physical item will be shipped.

  • Commissions typically take one week to complete depending on the complexity of the piece and my current schedule. Please note that as a college student with other responsibilities, there may occasionally be slight delays. Of course, I will communicate any updates should it come to that.
